       QES was established in 1997 to better serve the needs of the transportation community. Our vision statement is expressed in our name. We strive to provide  solutions to challenges in the pavement and transportation field using the latest  proven engineering technology, with a strong emphasis on the quality and  timeliness of our work. QES is a small/women owned business with offices in  Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania and Reno, Nevada.

    The combined experience of our principal engineers exceeds 65 years, essentially  in the areas of highway, port and airfield projects.  Our principal engineers are  registered Professional Engineers in California, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania,  Utah and West Virginia.  QES has the equipment and expertise to satisfy all of your  pavement and transportation engineering needs. We are certified as a Disadvantaged  Business Enterprise (DBE) in California, Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Texas and Pennsylvania. In addition QES Inc. is certified by the Small Business Administration as a HUBZone small business concern.
